Frequently Asked Questions:
What can I expect in my bouquet subscription?
You will receive a unique bouquet of fresh florals and foliage. The bouquet will be wrapped market style, with a special water source wrapped around the cut stems.
When will my subscription arrive?
Monthly subscriptions ship out the third Wednesday of every month, arriving 1-2 days later. Orders must be placed two weeks before the third Wednesday in order to be a part of that month's shipment. If a subscription is purchased after that cutoff, it will ship the next month.
Weekly subscriptions ship out every Wednesday, arriving 1-2 days later. Subscriptions must be purchased two weeks prior to be included in the desired week's shipment.

Billing: how does it work?
We use PayPal to facilitate our subscription payments. This gives you mulitple payment options! Use your PayPal account, PayPal Credit, or your own debit/credit card. This method of payment will be used for your recurring payments. Payments will automatically come out on the date you subscribed. Example: You purchased your bouquet subscription on the 21st of the month. The 21st will be your billing date every month going forward. For weekly subscribers, the payment corresponds to whichever day you subcribed on.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
If you would like to modify your subscription to a different shipping frequency, please email info@pinna-co.com and we will help you!
You may cancel your subscription at anytime. Log into your PayPal account and go to your wallet to cancel any recurring payments associated with your account.
*We do not refund for bouquets that have already been shipped.

Can I give the subscription as a gift?
Of course! Provide your recipient's address in the shipping address portion of the checkout process. *Be aware this will be the shipping address until otherwise changed in your PayPal account or email us at info@pinna-co.com and we can change it for you.
Flower Care
Shipping will not require a signature so be sure to bring your bouquet box in as soon as you can!
Unpackage your bouquet, remove any foliage/leaves that would fall below the waterline, cut the stems at an angle and place in cold fresh water with a sprinkle of the provided flower food.
For longevity, change water daily and trim stems.
Flowers have different vase lives, as blooms fade and expire, remove them to keep other flowers fresher longer. ENJOY!
